Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views of the valley. The decor is mesmerizing and the lawn and garden are well-maintained. The in-house restaurant offers a great buffet spread with delicious food. The hospitality of the staff, especially Mr. Partha Sharma and Mr. Amir Rai, was brilliant. I personally loved the evening Nilgiri Herbal Tea. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
Limited public transportation options and some minor maintenance issues with corridors and bedding.

The hotel is located in a great spot, not far from the central Ooty local market and transportation is easily available. The cleanliness is on point and the hotel facilities are fantastic. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, situated on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the surrounding tea factory. It was a peaceful and serene environment, ideal for relaxation. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of tasty foods. this hotel provided great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities that exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a great view of the surrounding area and the staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are kept clean and the food is delicious with plenty of variety. the hotel also offers a game zone, which is great for families with children. the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway and the gardens are beautiful.
Some parts of the hotel have a musty smell and the bed and bath linens need to be updated. Housekeeping could be more proactive in restocking bathroom essentials.

Spent Christmas in a hill station and enjoyed the lovely views. The surrounding area was perfect for long walks and scenic drives, especially during the winter. The room was cozy and warm, perfect for staying in during the colder evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting with local area information.
The hotel lacked basic amenities and was not worth the price paid for the stay. The food was subpar and lacked variety, especially during the busy holiday season.
